A real price, not an estimate
The price comes from the same pricing engine our customers book with, applied to your exact route, postcode included, and to the size, height and weight of each pallet. It includes the current fuel surcharge; options such as ad valorem insurance, at 0.8% of the declared value, are added when you book.
Ex VAT, with no French VAT outside France
Every price is shown ex VAT. A business established outside France is invoiced and charged ex VAT, with no French VAT on the transport: outside the EU, as in the UK, no French VAT applies; within the EU, as in Ireland, the business accounts for the VAT under the reverse charge. A business established in France pays French VAT at 20%.
A free account to book, payment by card
You see the price without signing up. To book, you open a free business account with your VAT number or tax ID, then pay by card, in euros, when you book. The monthly invoice follows between the 10th and the 15th of the following month.

FAQ
- How is the online price worked out?
- The calculator applies the carrier’s rate to your exact route, postcode included, then takes account of the number of pallets and their size, height and weight. The taxable weight used, which is the higher of the real weight and a weight based on the space the pallets take up, is shown with each offer. The price includes the current fuel surcharge.
- Does the price include VAT?
- No, every price is shown ex VAT. A business established outside France is invoiced and charged ex VAT, with no French VAT: none applies to a business in the UK or elsewhere outside the EU, and a business in Ireland or another EU country accounts for the VAT under the reverse charge with its VAT number. A business established in France pays French VAT at 20%.
- Which shipments can be priced online?
- From 1 to 3 pallets per shipment, up to 2,500 kg of taxable weight, 800 kg per pallet, 400 × 240 cm of floor space and 200 cm high, between mainland France, excluding Corsica, and 35 European countries. Beyond that, or for a full or part load, dangerous goods, temperature-controlled or out-of-gauge freight, or Malta, request a quote: we reply in under 2 working hours.
- Are customs clearance charges included for the United Kingdom?
- No. Since Brexit, goods moving between the United Kingdom and France need customs formalities in both directions, and the offer says so; customs clearance charges are not included in the online price. The same applies to Gibraltar, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Kosovo, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Between Ireland and France there are none.
- Is the price the same to France and from France?
- No, each direction has its own rate. Choose “To France” for a pallet collected in your country and delivered in France, or “From France” for a pallet collected at a French supplier and delivered to you. The calculator prices both in 30 seconds: compare them if you are negotiating the Incoterm with your trading partner.
- How do I pay for a transport booked online?
- By card, in euros, when you book, from your free business account. The amount charged is ex VAT for a business established outside France. The matching invoice is issued every month, between the 10th and the 15th of the month after the shipment. No framework contract and no minimum volume are required.
